Speech goes to… HE Cardinal Dominik Duka
On Tuesday, 11/11/2015, on the grounds of the Archbishop's Palace in Prague, a discussion was held with the the Cardinal Dominik Duka, the Archbishop of Prague. The discussion panel is a continuation of new discussion format series “Speech goes to…” created by the Fund, which debuted with Silvia Hroncová, the director of National Theater and State Opera, and was followed by another discussion with the State secretary Zdeněk Novák earlier this year. The aim of these panels is to establish a stable platform, where our patrons and friends of the Endowment fund can discuss the topics of the present as well as general ideas with the figures of cultural life.
Josef Kšica as a regenschori of the St. Vitus Cathedral took care of the intro for the night's gathering with a cembalo performance.
Among other topics the completion of the construction of St. Vitus Cathedral by giving the Cathedral a new organ was by far the most prevalent topic of the debate. Technical side of the project was also mentioned and explained in-detail. HE Dominik Duka praised the effort of the Fund, which opens up brand new possibilities.
